About Me:

My name is Harry and I have a passion for the arts, design, travel, and photography. I have been working as a packaging designer for the last 3+ years at TricorBraun. I really enjoy working in packaging as is provides a lot of variety and scale in the types of projects I get to work on. The position is a hybrid position, so I have gotten a good amount of exposure to both the graphic and industrial design elements of packaging design.

Outside of work I love to attend live music events from Beyonce, Dua Lipa, Disclosure, S.G. Lewis, Kaytranada, Olivia Dean, DJ sets at Smart Bar, etc. I can really get into any artist. I love to enhance the experience and combine my love of fashion by creating custom looks for shows. (Bonus points if you ask me my favorite outfit I’ve made for a show).

I love to travel as well. I try to get out of the US at least once a year in order to help expand my world view and get more inspiration from the world around me. I love to take my cameras and capture moments from the trip to help me remember the beauty and culture that is all around us. My most recent trips have taken me to Toronto and Mexico City! Both such unique places I would love to get back to.

In addition to travel I find a lot of inspiration in the art and design scene here in Chicago. I love to take an afternoon, and gallery hop with friends, or visit museums to take in the classics. The Chicago vintage/designer furniture scene has been an absolute blast to explore and is a great source of inspiration for much of my design work as well.

I strive to be a well-rounded creative that is constantly learning. I am always trying to master a new skill and find new ways to expand my pallet as a designer and add to my ever-growing skill set.
